1.) Membership Dues Are Increasing

"The VCOA is raising the dues effective January 1, 2010 as follows: U.S. Membership will be $45; Canadian Membership will be $50 and International Membership will be $75."

Join or renew now before membership dues increase Jan. 1, 2010 to $45 for U.S., $50 for Canadian and $75 for International!"
